Udaipur known as City of lakes it is considered as one of the the most romantic cities of world and subsequently also known as "Venice of East". Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Arrive IGI airport Delhi. Met upon arrival by our representative and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Delhi

Morning proceed on a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi visiting important tourist sites of Old and New Delhi. Visit the Qutab Minar 12th century tower and one of the tallest towers of its time, walls here consist of verses from Quran (Holy book of Islam). Wander around the complex visiting ruins of Hindu temples and palaces which once remained here and 4th century steel pillar which has not developed rust till date. Drive past India Gate the war memorial and other government buildings stopping at President House. Visit Laxmi Narayan Temple. In Old Delhi drive pass Red Fort once a symbol of Mughal power, visit Jama Masjid 16th century mosque and largest in India. Take a rickshaw ride in the narrow alleyways of Chandni Chowk and amazing mixture of history with modern world and visit Raj Ghat cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi the "Father of the Nation". Day 03: Delhi –Agra

Morning depart Delhi by surface for Agra stopping by en route to visit Tomb of Emperor Akbar at Sikandra, which is one of the finest example of Hindu and Mughal fusion architecture. Arrive Agra and check in at hotel. Afternoon visit the Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal. Agra Fort - Foundation led by emperor Akbar in 1565 AD, four of the mighty Mughal rulers controlled their vast empire from here. Wander around the palaces built by successive emperors famous amongst which are Jahangiri Mahal, Khass Mahal, Diwan-i-Khass, Diwan-i-Am, Machchhi Bhawan and Moti Masjid etc. that represents the excellence of Mughal architecture. Fort also serves as a vantage point to view Taj Mahal and it is believed that emperor spent his last days in exile watching the Taj Mahal from here. Taj Mahal (World Heritage Site) - This most beautiful monument of love was built during 1630 by grieving emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaj Mahal is flawless to its conception and execution. It is aptly said that Taj Mahal is not a monument that can be described in words - one has to see it to experience it. You can stay on to view the monument on the soft light of the setting sun. Day 04: Agra - Jaipur

Morning depart Delhi by surface for Jaipur stopping by en route to visit Fatehpur Sikri and Abhaneri. Fatehpur Sikri - Just 44 km away from Agra on the way to Jaipur is Fatehpur Sikri, which briefly served as capital of emperor Akbar. It is believed that city was quickly abandoned due to lack of potable water. Palaces, meeting halls, courtyards inside the complex is in a remarkable state of preservation. Holy shrine of Saint Salim Chisti here is one of important pilgrimage for Muslims and Buland Darwaza which emperor Akbar built to commemorate his victory on Gujarat is very imposing. Abhaneri - About 95 km short of Jaipur one takes a 7 km detour from the main highway to get to this sleepy village of Abhaneri. One of oldest settlement in Rajasthan one can find the temple of local deity Goddess Mirth and Happiness. Temple is now in ruins and pieces of sculpture showing a fine degree of craftsmanship lie scattered around. However, highlight of the visit to this place is to see 10th century Baoris (step-well) and most awesome in Rajasthan. It is believed that well is an indigenous invention of the locals for rainwater harvesting. This 13 level step well is well fortified with flights of steps on the three sides is an interesting piece of architecture. Arrive Jaipur and check in at hotel. Overnight at hotel

Day 05: Jaipur

Morning proceed on an excursion to Amber Fort. Amber Fort - Ancient capital of Kachhawaha Rajputs rulers of Jaipur, Amber guarded one of the important defiles from invading enemies. Wander inside the Fort to see extravagant Palaces to witnessing the opulence of Rajaput royal lifestyle amongst which summer palace, winter palace and mirror palace etc. are the most popular. Climb atop the forts ramparts on an elephant back. Stop at the Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace) en route to fort. Afternoon city tour of Jaipur visiting City Palace - official residence of the present royal family palace covers a large area divided into a series of courtyards, gardens and buildings. A part of this Palace is now turned into a museum housing Armoury, Textiles and Artifacts. City Palace is delightful blend of Mughal and traditional Rajasthani architecture. Day 06: Jaipur – Bikaner (321 Kms)

Morning proceed for Bikaner history dates back to 1488 A.D. when a Rathore Prince, Rao Bikaji- a desendent of the founder of Jodhpur(1459 A.D.), Rao Jodhaji, established his kingdom here.It is More popularly called the camel country, the city is renowned for the best riding camels in the world. The ship of the desert is an inseparable part of life here. Be it pulling heavy carts, transporting grains or working on wells, camels are the prime helpers. The wells of Bikaner: an important source of water are other attractions of the city. These are built on high plinths with slender minareted towers on each of the four corners and can be noticed even from a distance. Overnight at Bikaner.

Day 07: Bikaner – Jaisalmer (333 Kms)

Morning proceed for Jaisalmer Situated amid picturesque Thar Desert, the Jaisalmer city commands premiere position among the tourist attractions scattered all over Rajasthan. such a It is like straight out of an Arabian Nights fable. Like various other cities of Rajasthan, in Jaisalmer too you will find different facets of its own glorious heritage too.Visit the Jaisalmer Fort the second oldest in Rajasthan Made of sand stones and locally known as Sonar Quila, the Jaisalmer Fort is a dominating structure between the sand The fort has five palaces called Sarvottam Vilas, Akhai Vilas, Gaj Mahal, Rang Mahal and Moti Mahal-all interconnected behind the seven-storied façade. Small stairs take you from one court to another with superb jail screens shading interiors from the fierce heat and desert wind Visit Gadsisar Lake and take a close look on the migratory birds.Or else visit Desert Cultural center to take a sneak peek of Rajasthani culture. Day 08: Jaisalmer

Half Day Sightseeing of Jaisalmer Havelis (houses of rich merchants).These havelis are the pride of Jaisalmer architecture, a part of the national heritage. Visit Salem Singh haveli, Patwon ki haveli, Nathmal Haveli,Visit to the fascinating picturesque sand Dunes located some 40 km from Jaisalmer. No travel to Jaisalmer is complete without a visit to these fascinating dunes. Wind-caressed slopes are marked with ripples creating an enchanting mirage, a visual illusion of extraordinary splendor. The dunes can be extremely treacherous since they can sink to a few feet the moment you step over one. Watching sunrise and sunset on the dunes can become etched on your memory-such an unforgettable spectacle with the great ball of light rising from behind the low hills of sand amid a perfectly still scene. Day 09: Jaisalmer – Jodhpur (285 Kms)

Morning proceed for Jodhpur and local sightseeing of Mehrangarh Fort (literally mean Majestic Fort spread over an area of 5 sq km, with seven gates. It has been a witness to the splendor of bygone era. The beauty and the grandeur of numerous places in the fort narrate a saga of hard sandstones yielding to the chisels of skilled Jodhpur sculptures. Day 10: Jodhpur – Udaipur (266 Kms)

Day 12: Udaipur
